This summer, mxb have been thrilled to combine the latest artificial intelligence technology and an epic immersive prize draw experience for client brand Deep RiverRock.
This campaign invites shoppers to ‘Hydrate to Seize their Summer’ and through engagement with the on pack facebook messenger mechanic, to enter for the chance to win an Epic Adventure along the famous Irish Wild Atlantic Way with three friends in the Deep RiverRock camper van. Prize envy all round! Along the way on Route RiverRock the prizewinners will be sampling the best Ireland has to offer, with experiences as unique and diverse as midnight kayaking, fine dining, and bushcraft. Did we say epic already?
We have enjoyed every minute of this campaign and there have been some momentous moments, namely filming the pre-promotion video teasers that went live in May and truly whetted the appetite of the nation. But most of all we have loved that Deep RiverRock trusted us to take their brand and shoppers on an exciting journey by creating an artificial intelligence chatbot entry mechanic using Facebook Messenger.
Our chatbot allowed the brand to interact with customers and share behind the scenes content, super engaging questions, top tips on hydration and video content, all served up in an off-beat way that has connected brilliantly with the brand’s target market.
